Having worked his way up through the Academy ranks, like many before him, 16-year-old Adam Dow must have got a huge rush knowing he would be on the bench for DSW's biggest game of the season — the opening fixture against Bayern Awin.
An injury to
Jon Schofield
just before the game gave him his chance.
At the tender age of 16 years & 7 days, he became the
youngest dsw fc player ever, beating Andy Dodd’s record by
about 15 years.
