Fantastic football from
dsw fc who eventually blasted away a full strength
magnum pi side. The game was much closer then the final
score line suggested with dsw fc only reaching half time
one goal up a strong finish from James Dow following
excellent link up play with Stan Hunt and a great ball
from David Dodd. dsw fc looked the more likely to score
with david dodd going close from a through ball from
James dow.
In the second half, dsw fc
again produced the better play, combining very well, with Bob
Williams and Neil working hard in the middle closing
down quickly and defending robustly. The good passing work was
rewarded with steady chances and the goals flowed for
Neil James twice, Stan Hunt and David Dodd. Bob Williams
kept Paul Richards well protected and Paul kept a clean
sheet with some excellent blocks and saves.
The first clean sheet
since January 15th 2008 or 29 fixtures!
An excellent team effort.
